Bluest Tech provides the following digital services:

- Mobile Applications: iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile app development
- AI & Automation: AI chatbots, workflow automation, and intelligent systems
- Video & Animation: Video editing, 2D/3D animation, character design, and motion
graphics
- Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical support, updates, and performance
optimization
3. Service Agreement Process
3.1 Discovery & Proposal
All projects begin with a discovery call to understand your requirements. Following this, we will
provide:
- Detailed project scope and deliverables
- Timeline with milestones
- Transparent pricing quote
- Terms of service specific to your project
3.2 Project Acceptance
By signing our proposal or making an initial payment, you accept:
- The project scope and specifications
- The agreed-upon timeline
- The payment terms

4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing Structure
- Starter Package: Starting from $500+
- Business Package: Starting from $1,000+
- Premium/Custom: Tailored pricing based on requirements
All prices are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, features, and specific
requirements.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure is:
- Deposit: 40% upfront before work begins
- Midpoint: 30% upon completion of design/development phase
- Final: 30% upon project completion and before final delivery
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfers
- PayPal
- Major credit cards
- Other methods as agreed upon
4.4 Late Payments
Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may result in:
- Project work suspension
- Late fees of 5% per month
- Withholding of final deliverables
- Project cancellation (with no refund)
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
5.1 Estimated Timelines
- Basic websites: 2-4 weeks
- Complex applications: 8-12 weeks
- Branding projects: 2-6 weeks
- Mobile apps: 6-16 weeks
Specific timelines will be provided in your project proposal.
5.2 Timeline Dependencies
Timelines are contingent upon:
- Timely client feedback and approvals
- Receipt of required materials and content
- Prompt payment according to schedule
- Scope remaining unchanged
5.3 Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Client failure to provide required materials
- Late feedback or approval
- Scope changes or additions
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
6. Revisions and Changes
6.1 Included Revisions
- Branding: 3-5 revision rounds
- Web/App Development: Iterative reviews through mockups and beta versions
- Video/Animation: 2-3 revision rounds
6.2 Additional Revisions
Revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our hourly rate or as a separate quote.
6.3 Scope Changes
Changes to the original project scope may result in:
- Additional costs
- Extended timeline
- New proposal and agreement
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, you own:
- Final deliverables specific to your project
- Custom code written for your project
- Custom designs and graphics created for you
- Content you provided
7.2 Bluest Tech Ownership
We retain ownership of:
- Proprietary frameworks and tools
- Reusable code components
- Development methodologies
- Pre-existing intellectual property
7.3 Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party components (fonts, stock images, libraries) that are licensed
separately and subject to their own terms.
7.4 Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Display completed projects in our portfolio
- Use project screenshots for marketing purposes
- Reference your company as a client (unless otherwise agreed)
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Supply required content, materials, and assets on time
- Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Maintain appropriate communication channels
- Test and approve deliverables in a timely manner
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Our Warranties
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed with professional skill and care
- Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
- We have rights to provide the services offered
9.2 Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Guaranteed results or outcomes
9.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services
including:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment processors
- External APIs and integrations
10. Support and Maintenance
10.1 Included Support
All packages include a free support period:
- Starter: 2 weeks post-launch
- Business: 4 weeks post-launch
- Premium: 1-3 months post-launch
10.2 Support Coverage
Free support includes:
- Bug fixes related to delivered work
- Technical assistance
- Minor adjustments
10.3 Ongoing Maintenance
After the free period, ongoing maintenance is available through:
- Monthly retainer plans
- Hourly billing for ad-hoc work
- Custom maintenance agreements
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Mutual Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Proprietary business information
- Trade secrets
- Non-public project details
- Technical specifications
11.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available
- Was known prior to disclosure
- Is required to be disclosed by law
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid
by you for the specific project in question.
12.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Damages arising from third-party services
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate the project by providing written notice. In such cases:
- You will pay for all work completed to date
- No refund of deposit or previous payments
- Partial deliverables may be provided at our discretion
13.2 Termination by Bluest Tech
We may terminate the agreement if:
- Payments are more than 30 days overdue
- Client breaches these terms
- Client behavior is abusive or unreasonable
- Project requirements violate laws or ethics
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We may retain all deposits and payments made
- Intellectual property rights revert as specified
- Confidentiality obligations continue
14. Refund Policy
14.1 No Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
14.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if:
- We fail to deliver agreed services
- Services materially differ from agreement
- We terminate without cause
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Negotiation
Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
15.2 Mediation
If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
15.3 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bluest Tech operates, without regard
to conflict of law provisions.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with any project-specific proposals, constitute the entire agreement between
parties.
16.2 Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of
updated terms.
16.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
16.4 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16.5 Assignment
You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign to affiliates or in
connection with a business transfer.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control,
including:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Government actions
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Pandemics or health emergencies
